Everything below ships from an existing production block. Pick your style, colour and size run, and we will come back with an FOB quote within 24 hours. No tech pack needed.

Samples are available for every style below, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.

MOQ is 50 pcs per style per colour. Mixed styles can ship together. Request a price list for your quantities.

Fabric & Opacity Standards

Every closed abaya is light-box tested for opacity before it ships. Anything that fails does not go in the carton. Fabric weights: nida 280–320 gsm, Korean crepe 180–220 gsm, Japanese crepe 150–180 gsm.

We supply OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI and ISO 9001 documentation on request. Most EU department store vendor compliance programmes ask for these.

Fabrics are sourced and cut in our Suzhou factory. We do not subcontract any part of the run. Lot numbers are recorded so we can match colour on your reorder.

Your Bulk Matches Your Sample

Almost every buyer who leaves an abaya supplier leaves for the same reason: the bulk didn’t match the sample they approved. So we do three things about it. Your sample is cut from the same fabric lot as the bulk run. Each shipment is checked to AQL 2.5 against your actual approved sample, not a generic spec sheet. And if the bulk misses your defect threshold, we remake or credit you before the balance payment is due, on the terms confirmed in your order.

If you need a third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek), we will schedule it into the production calendar before the run starts.

The team that cuts your approved sample runs your bulk order. Same Suzhou factory, same people.

Private Label & Custom Packaging

Every abaya ships under your brand. Private label is included from 50 pcs, the same as the garment MOQ, so there is no separate minimum for labelling.

What You Need to Provide

To set up private label on your first order, send us:

  • ✓Logo file: AI, EPS or high-res PNG (vector preferred)
  • ✓Pantone reference, for label thread or print colour
  • ✓Label wording: brand name, size run, care instructions, country of origin
  • ✓Hang tag design, or just a brief and we design it for you at cost
Label Lead Time

Woven labels add 5–7 days to the sample timeline. Send your files at quote stage and bulk production is not delayed.

Not ready with branding yet? We can ship with a neutral label and you re-label locally. Plenty of buyers do this to test a style before committing to a full brand rollout.

Abaya Styles in the Collection

Every style below ships from a ready block. Choose your colour, size run and quantity.

Closed Abaya

Full overhead style, in nida, Korean crepe or Japanese crepe. This is our core volume line for the Gulf and UK: solids and two-tone colourways, S–3XL as standard, grading to 6XL on request. From $11.58 FOB.

Open Abaya

Open-front cardigan and kimono cuts. Our fastest-moving line with UK and Australian boutiques. See the full open abaya range → for styles, fabrics and per-piece pricing.

Kimono Abaya

A relaxed kimono silhouette in linen blends, crepe and chiffon. Modest fashion brands aimed at a younger customer buy this one most. It is light, so it ships flat cheaply.

Butterfly & Cape Abaya

Flared sleeves with a heavy drape, in chiffon and satin. These photograph well, which is why they move in UAE and Qatar premium boutiques. MOQ 50 pcs.

Embroidered & Embellished Abaya

Machine embroidery on cuffs and hem, from $22.00/pc. Hand embroidery and crystal or stone work, from $33.50. This is the highest-margin category, and it reorders hard through Ramadan and Eid.

Everyday Casual Abaya

Linen blends and breathable polyester. Cuts for the school run, the office and travel. Entry price point and a fast turn for online retailers. From $11.58 FOB.

Prayer Abaya

Lightweight, packable prayer garments. See the prayer dress range → for coverage specs and pricing.

Abaya Collection

Abaya styles available for wholesale and OEM orders. All customisable from 50 pieces per style and colour.

Colours Available

Black across all styles, plus navy, grey, cream/off-white, dusty rose, sage green and burgundy. Custom Pantone matching from 50 pcs per colour: send a reference swatch or Pantone number and we will confirm whether it is achievable before sampling.

On reorders, we keep your approved shade band on file and match against your physical reference swatch, not a written description. Dye lot numbers are recorded per order, so lot traceability is there if your market asks for it.

Size Range & Garment Lengths

All measurements are taken shoulder to hem, on a flat garment, unworn. Gulf buyers usually ask for 56″–58″ (floor-grazing); UK and EU buyers usually ask for 52″–55″. Tell us your preferred length when you order, and we grade to your market. The full chart in inches and cm, with the Gulf length guide, is in our abaya size chart.

Who Orders Wholesale Abayas From Us

Our Suzhou factory has supplied boutiques, distributors and private label brands across the Gulf, UK, Europe and North America since 2016.

Boutiques & Retailers

50–300 pcs per style, reordering 3–4 times a year around the seasonal peaks: Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

Online & Shopify Brands

MOQ 50 pcs. They often mix 3–6 styles in one shipment to test the range before scaling up to volume.

Wholesale Distributors

500–2,000+ pcs at FOB pricing, in mixed-style containers for the Gulf, UK and EU markets.

Department Stores & Buying Agencies

Private label from 50 pcs, with woven labels, hang tags and polybag spec included.

How Wholesale Ordering Works

  1. Request a price list. Tell us the styles, quantities and destination, and we send an itemised FOB quote within 24 hours.
  2. Order a sample to confirm fabric, colour and fit before bulk. Lead time 7–10 days, and the cost is credited against your first bulk order.
  3. Place the order. A 30% deposit starts production and the 70% balance is due before shipment. Bulk runs 25–40 days after sample approval.
  4. Delivery is DDP to the Gulf, UK, EU, US and Australia. We handle freight and customs and deliver to your warehouse door.

Planning Ramadan & Eid Orders

Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr are the two biggest demand windows in the abaya calendar. To have stock in your warehouse before Ramadan starts, order at least 50 days ahead: 25–40 days production, plus 5–14 days freight to the Gulf, UK or EU.

We recommend locking your styles in by early December for the following Ramadan season. Contact us now to hold production capacity before the season window closes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the abayas fully opaque, or can you see through them?

Yes. Every batch of closed abayas is light-box tested before shipment. Nida (280 gsm and up) and Korean crepe are our standard fabrics and both are fully opaque. If you need a specific weight, say 300 gsm minimum for Gulf conditions, put it on your order and we will confirm suitability before bulk starts.

What is the minimum wholesale order for abayas?

50 pieces per style per colour. You can mix styles in one shipment: 50 closed abayas and 50 open abayas can travel together, but each style still needs its own 50-pc minimum.

Can I order multiple styles in one shipment?

Yes. Most buyers mix 3–8 styles per order. Each style carries its own 50-pc MOQ, but we consolidate everything into one shipment with a single invoice and packing list.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T bank transfer. Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% before shipment. For first-time buyers, full payment before production may apply. We do not accept LC on orders under $20,000.

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

Every shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or airway bill. A certificate of origin is included on request, and OEKO-TEX, BSCI and ISO 9001 certificates are available on request. On DDP shipments we handle all customs documentation at origin, so you receive a single DDP invoice and nothing to clear at your end.

Can I get my own label on the abayas?

Yes. Woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, polybags and outer carton branding all start at 50 pcs. Send us your label files and we produce and attach them in-factory.

Do you offer DDP shipping?

Yes. We ship DDP to the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia. Freight, insurance, import duties and delivery to your warehouse are covered.

What is the difference between wholesale and OEM manufacturing?

Wholesale means you pick from our existing blocks: colour, size and quantity. OEM means we build new patterns to your brief or tech pack. Both start at 50 pcs MOQ.

What garment length should I specify for Gulf vs UK buyers?

Gulf buyers usually need floor-grazing length: 56″–58″ (142–147 cm) shoulder to hem, measured flat. UK and EU buyers generally order 52″–55″ (132–140 cm). Tell us your length, or just your market, at order stage, and we will confirm the graded lengths across the full size run before cutting. Length is the one spec that is expensive to get wrong on a bulk run, so we raise it before cutting rather than after.

Will my reorder match the first order exactly?

Yes, as long as you reorder within a reasonable timeframe. Your approved sample and shade band stay on file, and reorders are matched against your physical swatch rather than a description. Dye lot numbers are recorded per order. Standard colours such as black, navy and grey are straightforward. For custom Pantone colours we suggest reordering within 12 months, since the mill may discontinue a dye recipe after that.

Do the fabrics shrink or bleed colour after washing?

Nida and Korean crepe are machine-washable and colourfast under normal conditions (30°C, gentle cycle). We pre-wash the fabric before cutting to control shrinkage, and finished-garment wash tests show under 2% dimensional change. Satin and chiffon should be cold hand-washed or dry-cleaned, and the care label we sew in says so. If your market has a specific wash durability standard, tell us at sample stage and we test against it before bulk approval.

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Samples take 7–10 working days from design confirmation, plus 5–7 days if you are setting up woven labels for the first time. Bulk runs 25–40 days from sample approval; the spread depends on how much embellishment is involved and how big the order is. Plain nida and crepe can be expedited to 15–20 days bulk for a small surcharge. For Ramadan and Eid, book at least 10–12 weeks ahead to cover sampling, approval, production and sea freight to the Gulf or UK.
